Webinar

The Why's and How's of a Compensation Survey

Two Webinars:

April 13, 2017
The first webinar will explain the "WHY"
April 20, 2017
The second webinar will explain the "HOW"

On Thursday, April 20, LeadingAge Ohio and the Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA) will once again conduct a member Compensation Survey and, once again, we will be using Willis Towers Watson for the study.  LeadingAge Michigan will be joining us in our survey this year, as well.  An invitation to participate in the survey will be sent directly from Willis Towers Watson.

Webinar preparation:  To assist members to understand the importance of comprehensive compensation evaluation, Cyndi Taplin from LeadingAge Ohio Partner Leaderstat will conduct two webinars:  a webinar on April 13 will address the “why” one should participate in a compensation survey; a webinar on April 20 will address some of the technical aspects involved in completing the survey.  Both webinars will be recorded.  There is no fee to participate in either webinar.

Webinars are FREE to LeadingAge Ohio, OHCA, and LeadingAge Michigan Members.

Cost & Timeline:  The cost to participate in the survey itself will be $100/facility; $500 maximum, for multi-site providers.  This cost is significantly reduced from the $350/facility charge in 2015.  As before, it is very important to have as much participation as possible in order to have the strongest data results possible. The survey instrument must be completed by June 9. Results will be available in late-July.

Please contact Kathryn Brod (kbrod@leadingageohio.org) with questions. A help line/support team from Willis Towers Watson will be available to answer specific questions about the survey instrument once it is released.  Details will be provided in the cover memo of the invitation to participate you receive from Willis Towers Watson.
