Join us for the annual ethics symposium. We’ll explore the legal and ethical issues surrounding organ donation and share experiences by a donor family member and an organ recipient. You won’t want to miss this informative symposium.

Symposium Objectives
Participants will be able to
- Discuss legal and ethical issues surrounding organ donation
- Relate steps to organ donation from referral to recovery
- Discuss first person consent for donation
- Identify the options of Donation after Circulatory Death (DCD) and consent
- Recall donation experiences as shared by a donor family member and an organ recipient
