Stephen P. Fleming, NHA, MBA – President and Chief Executive
Officer, The Well•Spring Group.

The Well•Spring Group is a multimodal aging services provider serving over one thousand individuals and their families. Mr. Fleming is a member of the LeadingAge Board of Directors
and currently serves as its Chair.  Mr. Fleming received a BS in Public Health, from UNC-Chapel Hill, an MBA from Appalachian
State University and a Graduate Fellowship in Strategic and Financial Planning from Harvard University.
