Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Clark Retirement Community located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a CARF-CCAC accredited, not-for-profit retirement organization serving residents on two beautiful campuses. The organization offers the full continuum of care in addition to rehabilitation, hospice, and personal and certified home health services.
Reporting to the CEO, the VP will be responsible for coordinating the organization’s sales and marketing program by executing, formulating and implementing strategies to increase the dissemination of the organization’s sales, marketing and community relations. The VP will play a major role in the development and implementation of new concepts, products and innovative sales and marketing techniques/approaches.
The ideal candidate will have several years’ experience working in a high level Sales/Marketing role, preferably in a Life Plan Community. A plus would be experience opening new accommodations as part of an expansion or repositioning initiative. (S)he will have successful strategic sales experience and be knowledgeable of best practices in achieving occupancy and census goals.
