CHIEF BRAND & GROWTH OFFICER
The Chief Brand and Growth Officer provides brand marketing, communications, and strategic growth strategies and expertise, along with leading and developing an integrated marketing, sales, and communications team across the organization. The Chief Brand and Growth Officer is accountable for accelerating and sustaining the organization’s future growth through the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies, authentic storytelling, and calls to action to target audiences while partnering with executive leadership and company officers to build partnerships, community relations, referral sources and prospect relationship management, systems, and processes to achieve volume targets, communicate desired messages, and maintain the integrity of the Ohio Living brand.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Seven years experience in brand marketing, communications, and sales growth required
- Experience in multi-site sales and marketing leadership required.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, specifically long-term care, home health, and/or hospice, preferred.
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the internet required.
