Administrator/Executive Director of Home Health
Genacross Lutheran Services has an immediate opening for an Administrator/Executive Director of Home Health operations. This position works closely with the clinical, therapy and Home and Community Based Services teams within Genacross. This position reports to the Vice President for Home and Community Based Services and is responsible for the on-going, routine relationships and operations between the clinical, therapy and housing staff to ensure the best possible resident outcomes. This individual has overall responsibility for the coordination of business strategies, home health development/marketing, reimbursement and compliance oversight, staff development and expansion, budgetary management, maintenance of appropriate licensure as well as certifications and accreditation for programs within the clinical and therapy environments.
A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, therapy or related filed in required. Additionally, a minimum of five years of strong administrative experience is required preferably in a multi faceted long-term care and home health setting that includes a track record of clinically driven administrative accomplishments. Regional travel will be necessary.
