How to Access Franchise Fee Assessment on MITS

Effective October 1, 2016, the FY 17 Franchise Permit Fee assessment notices for facilities are available via the MITS portal. No assessments will be mailed this year, so Medicaid providers will need to retrieve their assessment via the MITS portal. The screenshot below demonstrates where under the MITS portal these assessments may be found.

Non-Medicaid provider assessments have been mailed. ICF.IID providers may contact DODD at 614.644.7596 with questions. If  providers have additional questions they may call the Franchise Permit Fee (FPF) line at 614.752.3600.
