Sr. Executive Director for Post Acute Services
Genacross Lutheran Services has an immediate opening for a Sr. Executive Director for Post Acute Services. This position is responsible for leading, designing and oversight of care and services of the organization through a collaborative process with organization leaders that is reflected in long range, strategic, and operational plans of all long-term services.
The Sr. Executive Director leads and directs initiatives that deliver quality resident care and support services identified in each service delivery area. Additionally, this individual facilitates communication methodology to promote objectives and efforts to integrate resident and client care and support services accomplishments throughout the organization.
A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration and five years of prior experience in healthcare administration or related field required. Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license is required. This position also requires strong administration experience and a proven track record of administrative accomplishments and a passion for social ministry.
