RN Supervisor – Night Shift
Genacross Lutheran Services-Napoleon Campus has an immediate opening for a full-time RN Supervisor on the night shift. This position is responsible for the supervision of nursing care and direction of STNA duties. Job duties include: prepare, oversee and administer medications and treatments to residents; perform assessments (i.e. vitals, intakes, outputs, etc.) and direct care functions; process physicians’ orders, labs, x-rays, etc. and seek out clarification when necessary; communicate appropriately with physicians, pharmacists, family members, etc. to discuss ongoing care of residents; complete and ensure accuracy in paperwork, medical forms, charting and all required documentation, as a part of the resident care and transition of care processes.
Experience with long-term care in a skilled nursing environment is preferred. Candidates must have a valid Ohio RN license and excellent communication skills. Accuracy and organization skills are highly necessary for this position.
