Jeff Harris and Associates is proud to exclusively represent Kendal at Granville, an affiliate of The Kendal Corporation, in the search for an accomplished Director of Sales and Marketing for its upscale campus located in central Ohio. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading the sales and marketing team to build brand awareness and high census, managing and helping with efforts to achieve and exceed sales and occupancy goals, and strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, creative, motivated, and collaborative leader.
Kendal at Granville is a not-for-profit, 5-star rated, life plan community located on more than 90 acres near Columbus, Ohio. Kendal’s mission is to create, develop, support, and lead a system of communities and services for older persons, in accordance with the principles of the Religious Society of Friends. This continuing care community offers independent and assisted living, as well as skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. Job Summary: |
The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading the sales and marketing team, managing and helping with efforts to achieve sales and occupancy goals, and strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns. The successful Director of Sales and Marketing is a highly motivated, energetic and self-directed individual who will uphold Kendal’s mission and values. The ideal candidate is innovative, creative, collaborative, and hands-on. |

Qualifications: |
|
§ Experience with managing sales and marketing projects § Experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing for a CCRC or equivalent experience § Proficient with each phase of selling and the nuances of marketing and public relations § Experienced and comfortable with digital marketing § College educated; bachelor’s degree preferred § Understands and embraces Kendal’s mission. § Motivated, creative, and makes every effort to collaborate with their team, management, and residents § Exceptional written and oral communication skills. § Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Relates well in a team atmosphere with campus staff and corporate leadership. |

Salary
Salary commensurate with experience.
