Magnolia Manor Senior Living has retained LeaderStat Premier to assist them in identifying a dynamic Nursing Home Administrator to lead Magnolia Manor of Midway’s Nursing Center. Magnolia Manor of Midway, a community of life and living, nurtures each residents’ total well-being by offering several different physical, social, and spiritual activities. The new Administrator will direct the strategic and operational functions of the health care center including nursing services, activities, social work, admissions, staff development, dining, and facilities services to ensure the quality delivery of services to meet resident and family expectations.

Major Duties include:

  • Develop annual operations and capital budgets and establish effective controls to ensure operations are within approved budget guidelines
  • Oversee admission process and ensure that the facility meets budget occupancy goals
  • Oversee staffing and personnel including performance management
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with all federal, state, county, and other regulations
  • Direct capital and environmental improvements
  • Direct the preparation and submission of annual and other reports regarding finances, census, Medicaid and Medicare, levels of care, incidents, and others

Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:

  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience as an Administrator in a long-term care facility
  • Must possess current Georgia Nursing Home Administrator’s License or meet the licensure requirements for the State of Georgia
  • Bachelors degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field required
