Maple Knoll Communities Named 2018 Best Workplaces in Cincinnati

Maple Knoll Communities, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in the care and support of older adults, is proud to have dedicated employees who enable the overall excellence of the organization.

Maple Knoll Communities has been named a 2018 Winner of Best Workplaces in Ohio.  This is the second year in a row for this honor.  The organization is one of 50 outstanding organizations that was able to beat out hundreds of local businesses to receive this honor by Ohio Business Magazine and Cincy Magazine.

Maple Knoll Communities employees readily agree that the community provides an ideal working environment as depicted in recent survey findings.  Maple Knoll Communities created an Employee Engagement Survey conducted by Holleran, a nationally recognized community engagement research and consulting firm.  The overall employee satisfaction score was 86% with more than 80% participation in the survey, which are both results significantly above Holleran’s national benchmarks for satisfaction and participation in the Senior Care industry.

Beth Thress, Vice President of Human Resources, shared, “the impressive results of our survey identified our top areas of strength as: Maple Knoll is living up to its mission and goals, Maple Knoll cares for its employees and I trust the leadership at Maple Knoll.  This tells me that we have made tremendous strides in our efforts to create and foster a positive and healthy workplace culture where our employees know they are truly valued. This ultimately translates into the outstanding care and service they provide to our residents and clients each and every day.  It is for these reasons, among many others, that I believe Maple Knoll has earned the honor of being named a “Best Workplace in Ohio” for 2018”.
