Long Term Care Consumer Guide Fee and Ohio LTC Ombudsman Bed Fee

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) released a bulletin that the online payment portal is open for 2019 invoices for both the Long Term Care (LTC) Consumer Guide fee and the Ohio LTC Ombudsman bed fee. The LTC Consumer Guide fee invoices will be mailed around October 1, 2019 and the Ohio LTC Ombudsman bed fee invoices will be mailed around November 1, 2019. Facilities can pay in advance by electronic check or credit card (with a 2.5% fee applied) or by check. Click on “Find, View and Pay LTC Consumer Guide Invoices” or “Find, View and Pay Bed Fee invoice,” search the spreadsheet under FAQs for facility customer number and then download the invoice or pay online.
