Medicaid to Launch Next Round of MDS Exception Reviews

The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) announced on Monday that pursuant to OAC Rule 5160-3-43.4, ODM will resume Phase II of SFY 2024 MDS Exception Reviews, with a start date of March 4, 2024. Myers and Stauffer will be conducting the reviews and prior notification to providers will be made.
