Member-Centered and Future-Focused: New LeadingAge Strategic Plan

The just-released LeadingAge Strategic Plan 2024–2026 is responsive, future-focused, and reinforces LeadingAge’s mission to be the trusted voice for aging. And it unveils LeadingAge’s new vision: an America that values older adults and those who serve them. 

Key impacts of the plan are: 

• A skilled workforce guided by prepared leaders 
• Stronger member organizations that are better prepared for the future 
• More favorable policies to support aging services and older adults 
• Better informed and capable association
