$20 Million in Grants for Dementia Respite Care Available

The Alzheimer’s Association Center for Dementia Respite Innovation (CDRI) will award $20 million in grants to respite care providers across the care continuum over the next 5 years. At least 50% of awards will go to underserved communities.

In addition to grant funding, the CDRI will support grant recipients through online training and technical assistance so respite services are delivered by staff who are dementia-capable. 

Applications are due June 1, 2024.
