Application components
Prior to submitting your presentation for consideration to be part of the 2017 LeadingAge Ohio Annual conference using the online application, the following information must be included.
- Session Title
- Use a title that is informative and clearly reflective of the session content (8-10 words). While every effort will be made to retain the title as proposed, LeadingAge Ohio reserves the right to edit as necessary.
- Session Narrative
- NOTE: The detailed overview (250 words or less) of your session will be utilized to evaluate the overall significance, applicability and quality of your session content. LeadingeAge Ohio will develop an an abbreviated description from this abstract for use in the Conference Program Brochure.
- Session Objectives
- Please provide no more than 2 objectives for your topic. The objective(s) should explain what you want participants to know at the end of the session.
- Topics of Focus
- Identify which track your proposal best represents.Please select only one. The tracks to select from include: Clinical/Best Practice; Hot Topics; Leadership/Financial; Marketing/Sales/Philanthropy; Regulatory/Quality/Compliance; Service Excellence and Technology
- Presenter and/or Co-Presenter Information
- In addition to the standard contact information, biographical information including academic degrees and related institutions is requested on the application to be used for continuing education criteria
- Session Criteria
- Including Target Audience and session format
