Substitution and Cancellation Policy: Substitutions, in writing, are welcome at no additional cost. Cancellations received by two calendar weeks prior to event date will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between 7 and 13 days prior to the event date will be refunded minus a $40 processing fee. No refunds will be issued 6 or fewer days prior to the event date.
Criteria for completion: Attendance at entire event. Prorated contact hours will be offered.
This event will provide 13.5 Contact Hours. No conflict of interest exists for any individual in a
position to control the content of the educational activity.

Completion of this review course does not guarantee the participant will pass the certification exam. However, the experiences of persons taking certification exams indicate those who complete review courses fare better as a group than those who do not.
Test Registration
The Certification Examination for Hospice and Palliative Nurses is now a computer-based exam. The test is offered during the months of March, June, September and December. More information and the application is available at: www.nbchpn.org.
