Director of Dietary & Environmental Services
Mansfield Memorial Homes is seeking a Director of Dietary & Environmental Services to oversee all functions of dietary, housekeeping and laundry departments ensuring compliance to federal, state, local sanitary and safety procedures.
Applicants must have a minimum of Certified Dietary Manager License. BS Degree in Food Service/Technology/Management or related field or Associate Degree a plus. Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience preferably in healthcare. Must have strong management, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
