Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices is currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). The Administrator is responsible for providing the necessary resources (human, financial and management) which allow the various resident services areas to provide high quality and efficient services, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Be visible and accessible to residents and all resident services partners
Partner with other departments to provide high quality and efficient services
Evaluate systems and initiate process improvements
Provide resources for employee education and training
Help and support others within and across departments to ensure partner engagement
Ensure strong communication channels with management and partners
Promote Otterbein’s mission and model the Otterbein Experience behaviors
Attends resident and partner functions and special events

Experience and Knowledge:

Bachelors in Gerontology, Management or related field; Master’s preferred
Nursing Home Administrator licensed in State of Ohio
Minimum of five years long-term care management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills a must
Strong leadership and coaching skills are critical
Must be able to tolerate frequent work interruptions, organize work and reset priorities in order to be effective
