As part of the terms and conditions of the Provider Relief Fund payments under the CARES Act, Health & Human Services (HHS) is requiring all providers who have received payments of $10,000 or more to file the required reporting by February 15, 2021 and again in July 2021. This session will include strategies and best practices to position the provider to accurately report for the various funding sources received along with discussion on situations in which funds may need to be returned.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy: Substitutions, in writing, are welcome at no additional cost. Cancellations received by two calendar weeks prior to event date will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between 7 and 13 days prior to the event date will be refunded minus a $40 processing fee. No refunds will be issued 6 or fewer days prior to the event date.

Continuing Education

1.0 clock hour will be awarded upon successful completion pending BELTSS approval.
