Specifically targeted training day for clergy, chaplains and care ministry team members to become better equipped in the support of End-of-Life Care. Discussion among peers throughout the day will build networking opportunities. Attendees will be able to implement information learned and build resources on a wide range of topics.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy: Substitutions, in writing, are welcome at no additional cost. Cancellations received by two calendar weeks prior to event date will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between 7 and 13 days prior to the event date will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued 6 or fewer days prior to the event date.
No CEs offered for this event; Chaplains/Clergy may self-submit. Certificates of attendance will be provided.
