The LeadingAge Ohio Annual Awards honor individuals and organizations that embody excellence in aging services leadership, are models of quality and innovation, and are making outstanding contributions to our field that merit recognition.
LeadingAge Ohio member organizations and/or individuals associated with them are eligible for consideration.

The Award submission deadline is May 31, 2024.
The LeadingAge Ohio Awards Committee will review nominations and make selections for awards, notifying nominees of decisions by late June. Honorees will be recognized at the LeadingAge Ohio Annual Conference and Trade Show in Columbus, Ohio, August 27-29.
Nominators/award winners are asked to prepare a video presentation. Award winners will be contacted by LeadingAge Ohio staff for photos, news releases and additional elements of the awards program.

Heart of Hospice - Rose and Sam Stein Award Criteria
Award winners will be chosen June. Although we are unable to defray winners’ travel expenses, each winning individual or organization will receive one complimentary registration to the LeadingAge Ohio Annual Conference and Trade Show.
Nominators will also be notified in June if the nomination is not selected for an award. Even though not every entry will receive an award, all nominations are carefully considered and often lead to additional opportunities to “tell the story” of member accomplishments through such avenues as our website, media outreach, education events and other means.
Video Requirement for Award Winners
IF selected for the award, winners/nominators are asked to create a 90-120 second video sharing thoughts and congratulations around receiving the honor.
