Twelve LeadingAge and Center for Aging Services Technologies (CAST) members received honors at the 2026 McKnight’s Excellence in Technology Awards on Sept. 16. The awards recognized technology initiatives supporting quality care, resident safety, workforce retention and operational efficiency. LeadingAge member Jewish Home earned the Best in Show award for its artificial intelligence (AI) development initiative, while LCS and Helpany received three awards each and Zemplee earned two.
LeadingAge and CAST members received recognition in 11 of 14 award categories, including AI, falls prevention, electronic health records integration and resident engagement. The winning projects demonstrate how aging services providers and technology partners are applying new tools to improve care delivery and organizational operations.
