In this interactive session, we will explore the impact of the past two years as a traumatic event. Anyone involved in the care of older adults during the COVID-19 Pandemic has been on the front lines of an ever-evolving, complex, politically divisive and exhausting process. Participants will gain of understanding of their experience during the pandemic in the context of the psychological literature on trauma. Participants will learn coping strategies for themselves and those they serve. Join us to share stories, support each other, and learn together to create a better tomorrow.
