DIRECTOR OF PHILANTHROPY
Concord Reserve, a non-profit faith-based Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Westlake Ohio, 13 miles west of Cleveland, on a beautiful 25-acre campus, is hiring for a new position of Director of Philanthropy.
The community will be serving approximately 300 seniors a day from Independent, Skilled and Long-Term Care Nursing, Assisted Living (Traditional and Memory Care), and a medical clinic. The Independent Living complex will be completed in the summer of 2019.
This position will be responsible for developing a comprehensive fundraising plan including but not limited to, individual gifts, annual giving, government grants, corporate and foundation gifts, online donations, deferred gifts, special events and project sponsorships. A minimal of 3-5 years’ experience in fund raising within a non-profit environment, preferably faith-based and at least a bachelor’s degree is required.
