OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard

Many aging services providers are covered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) COVID-19 Healthcare Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). Long-term care is covered by the ETS, per the OSHA flow chart.

Managed Care

The LeadingAge Center for Managed Care Solutions & Innovations is LeadingAge’s clearinghouse for information, resources, networking, and assistance about the relationship between managed care, both Medicare and Medicaid, and post-acute and long-term services and supports providers.
