Witt/Kieffer has been retained by Waveny LifeCare Network, Inc. (Waveny), located in New Canaan, Connecticut, to assist in the recruitment of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The CEO of Waveny is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and strategic leader to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team to position Waveny for continued success. The next CEO will capitalize on Waveny’s strong community reputation and focus on the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. The new CEO will also develop new programs and services to meet the current and future needs of residents and the others in the community. The ideal candidate for the CEO role at Waveny will possess a minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or business. An undergraduate degree is required, and a graduate degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration, as well as a Nursing Home Administrator License with the ability to gain licensure in the State of Connecticut are strongly preferred.
