Tools to Assist with the ODM Revalidation Process
Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) has issued revalidation notices to all Nursing Facility and Home and Community Based waiver providers who had an Ohio Medicaid provider agreement with an effective date proceeding March 25, 2011 and have not yet been revalidated. Many of our members have received notice they need to revalidate with ODM before May 24, 2016 or they will lose their Medicaid certification.
LeadingAge Ohio contacted ODM to see if they would consider providing screen shots of the revalidation process in MITS so our members would be able to have all the information regarding their facility readily available when they go into MITS to start the revalidation process.

LeadingAge Ohio is hoping by looking through the screen shots and having the required information gathered and accessible, it will make the revalidation process go a little smoother.
