Traci Larson, RNC, LNHA
Vice President, Employee Experience and Human Resources, Presbyterian Homes and Services
The motto of Presbyterian Homes & Services (MN) is “creating smiles in the eyes of the people we serve”. The mission of this organization, the 4th largest non-profit aging services provider in the country, is to honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults. Hear how this organization recruits, retains and motivates its 6,500+ employees – year in, year out – to make a difference in the lives of the older adults they serve. A clue is that they prepare employees to have their hearts transformed as well!

General Session: A Day in the Life: Disruptive Change for Employee Engagement
James Vander Hulst, Chief Disruptive Officer, ERN® USA/ President & CEO, Michigan ERN®; Stephen MacDonald, Impact Manager, Lucas County Family Council
Equipping employees for success in our workplaces goes beyond ensuring their mastery of skills. The tools many employees need for success test the resources of our aging services employers and, in fact, are testing the resources across a cross-section of employers. Employer Resource Networks (ERN®) foster business engagement across a community in an innovation of human service resources and education to move employees toward success. As an ERN® USA member, Ohio ERN is partnering with LeadingAge Ohio to foster the growth of ERNs for its member organizations.
