Learn what’s happening within your region with local health departments, hospitals and regional healthcare coalitions. Hear how others have navigated through obtaining PPE, testing, and hospital transfers. Join Stephanie DeWees, HSE, LPN, LHNA, BS as she provides information on and discusses:

  • Infection control focused surveys being conducted by CMS and ODH
  • Most recent CMS QSO memos including the transfer guide
  • Implementation of the pre-surge planning tool kit
  • Review of PPE guidance and strategies to optimize PPE
  • Managing through confirmed COVID-19 cases of residents and staff
  • Best practices related to the three status categories of COVID-19
  • Implementation technics of telehealth and virtual application

Substitution and Cancellation Policy: Substitutions, in writing, are welcome at no additional cost.  Cancellations received by two calendar weeks prior to event date will be fully refunded.  Cancellations received between 7 and 13 days prior to the event date will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued 6 or fewer days prior to the event date.
