Join us for conversation about efforts to address loneliness and isolation.

Learn how these factors affect the health and well-being of older adults and see how communities can help to provide solutions to this issue.

Objectives:

  • Foster interdisciplinary conversation about the World Health Organization’s campaign to address Loneliness, Isolation and Depression, particularly for older adults
  • Share research how loneliness, isolation and depression affect the health and well-being of older adults
  • Hear from individuals about community initiatives that seek to connect those who are lonely and isolated and ways to improve health outcomes
