The Loyalty Lab, Part 2:
Reviving, Inspiring, Engaging, Retaining!

The Loyalty Lab Part 2

Chris Ridenhour, a 20-year, national, Aging Services Trainer, is offering this virtual training as a follow up to the Loyalty Lab, Part 1. Chris will identify the strategies that transform “Quiet Quitting” into a vigorous workplace culture of “Courageous Commitment.”

Let’s not lose the momentum.  We are going deep! Uninspired and ill-informed retention strategies lead to a laundry list of negative outcomes including increased mistakes, horrific stress, and a depleted workforce. Part 2 of this dynamic series brings additional tools and relief, whether your organization has completed a “Retention Action Plan” or is desperate to start one!

Unlike most virtual sessions, robust conversation and real collaboration will reflect the energy necessary to conquer the isolation and frustration devastating today’s workforce. Our residents deserve the stability that comes from a laser-focused approach designed to revive worn-out workers, at every level of the organization! Come prepared to fully engage and share your best practices.

What makes this event so unique? You will leave this experience with at least 20 ways to upgrade the following:  New Team Member Orientation, the Performance Evaluation Process, Supervision One-on-Ones, Recognition and Reward Programs and many other critical areas that impact retention!  Don’t miss this special opportunity to fire up your colleagues with a renewed competence and confidence in their ability to retain every member of the team!
