2024 QIP Collaborative: Monitoring your Measures, Minding your Reimbursement

Webinar

2024 QIP Collaborative:
Monitoring your Measures, Minding your Reimbursement

Webinar collaborative on the 3rd Thursday of each month
January 2024 through June 2024

1:00-2:00PM

Ohio Medicaid’s Quality Incentive Payment (QIP) has added Quality Measures as well as points for staffing and occupancy for FY24 and FY25. In addition, the points will reset on a semi-annual basis rather than just once a year. The potential points have increased and monitoring your points to ensure you receive the add-on has become an even larger portion of the Medicaid rate.

In this series, nursing home providers will learn how the QIP is calculated, be kept abreast of any changes or updates related to the QIP and reimbursement for Ohio Medicaid, and how to manage and improve the quality measures. This series will get the financial and clinical managers rowing in the same direction towards better quality and better reimbursement. Past participants have expressed how helpful this series is to keep their teams focused on the QIP and Quality Measures. Each month will cover financial projections and provide tools and education to improve processes and outcomes that will impact the quality measures. Interactive discussions will be included to assist members with best practices and useful tips, tactics, and resources.
