Grace Brethren Village, a small non-profit retirement community in Englewood, is seeking a dynamic LPN to fill key full-time positions on our 2nd and 3rd shift. We offer 8-hour shifts in a small, home-like environment, with a great nurse-to-resident ratio.
We offer F/T benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; paid holidays, vacation, and much more. We offer shift differentials and higher pay for experience.
The qualified candidates must possess the following qualities/skills:
- Valid Ohio LPN license,
- Prefer 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a long-term care environment,
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records and basic computer skills,
- Time Management and organizational skills,
- Possess a cooperative, positive attitude toward residents, families and staff,
- Experience in supervision of nursing assistants preferred
This position provides direct nursing care to the residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants, working in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility.
