An alert from the desk of Allison Salopeck, Board Chair
While earlier this summer Kathryn Brod announced her decision to retire at the end of 2021, the board’s decision to launch a national search has extended Kathryn’s timeline a bit. The Board of Directors has created a search committee to guide the search for Kathryn’s successor. The Deffet Group is conducting this search. Kathryn has agreed to continue to serve until the search is complete and transition to her successor is finalized.
Kathryn’s commitment and the board’s commitment to the Strategic Plan initiatives are undeterred. Kathryn is working alongside the Board and her LeadingAge Ohio colleagues to ensure that this transition is as smooth as possible and that LeadingAge Ohio’s work proceeds without interruption.
