Register now: Leadership Summit focuses on Workforce
On October 4, leaders from around the state of Ohio will gather in Columbus for a day dedicated to workforce solutions, from high-level policy changes to pragmatic strategies you can employ in your organization.
The day will feature real solutions be employed within LeadingAge organizations both here in Ohio and across the country– from employment of robotics to creating volunteer workforces. Attendees will have ample opportunity for networking with colleagues around solutions.
Matt McClellan from the Ohio Department of Development will provide a deep dive into the ways Intel will shape Ohio’s economy into the future, and how healthcare providers may brace themselves for the shock waves that ripple through workforce– and position themselves to be part of the needed infrastructure. Joe Mulligan of Cain Brothers will provide a macro view of workforce solutions, including the real impact of immigration and the material promise of workforce-displacing technology.
