LeadingAge Ohio advocates for policies that remove barriers to care, develop new services, improve reimbursement and make Ohio a better place to age. Our advocacy team tracks legislation and regulatory updates to make sure that policy makers understand how changes will impact our members and the people they serve.
But we can't do it all without you. Your work as an advocate is crucial to motivating legislators and other policymakers. We make it easy with a range of tools that summarize the issues, provide sample letters and help you contact your members of Congress.Advocacy Resources

When it comes time to find additional support and services for yourself or a loved one, you want to find the care that is right for you. Everyone is different. Some people may require a greater level of care or support within a senior housing community or their own homes, while others will utilize the services of Adult Day Programs to meet their health, social, recreational and therapeautic needs as the age.
It is important to evaluate your options and find out what kind of services, care or housing will help you meet your goals.
