Many hospice providers are not familiar with the International Classification of Function (ICFs). This session will provide an overview of what ICFs are and what a hospice provider should document related to ICF’s for the Cardiopulmonary and Neurological Conditions LCDs.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy: Substitutions, in writing, are welcome at no additional cost. Cancellations received by two calendar weeks prior to event date will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between 7 and 13 days prior to the event date will be refunded minus a $40 processing fee. No refunds will be issued 6 or fewer days prior to the event date.
Continuing Education Information
1.0 contact hour will be awarded upon successful completion.
1.0 clock hour will be awarded upon successful completion. Pending BELTSS approval.
Criteria for completion: Attendance at entire event and submission of completed evaluation form.
Other states may deem the Ohio credit acceptable, but participant must check with his/her local licensing board.
No conflict of interest exists for any individual in a position to control the content of the educational activity.
