Grassroots Contact Information Request
“If liberty and equality, as is thought by some, are chiefly to be found in democracy, they will be best attained when all persons alike share in the government to the utmost.” Aristotle, Politics, Book IV, Chapter 4.
Thousands of years later, these words still ring true; to share in our government requires each of us to participate in government. To that end, LeadingAge Ohio is again gathering grassroots contact information from its membership to facilitate the association’s advocacy goals.
Funding for senior services continues to be under intense scrutiny as the state and federal budgets are finalized under new leadership. The impact will be felt throughout the continuum of care, whether for Medicaid, housing, assisted living or other programs. Not-for-profit providers must come together with a unified message to elected officials and the media to demonstrate the not-for-profit difference of the work that LeadingAge Ohio members are doing.
Please complete this form and fax to (614) 444-2974 or mail to: LeadingAge Ohio, 855 South Wall Street, Columbus, Ohio 43206-1921. This will be used by LeadingAge Ohio to alert members to legislative and regulatory issues as they arise and to activate the grassroots network.
